TC11 Titanium Alloy (Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si) is a+β type heat resistant titanium alloy with good integral properties. It has good tensile strength and yield strength at room temperature, excellent heat resistance, and good thermal processing performance below 500°C, and has been widely used in the aerospace field.
Due to the high melting point of TC11 titanium alloy and the narrow temperature range of thermal processing, most of the titanium alloy structural parts used in the industry need to be machined after plastic deformation treatment, the processing cycle is long and the material utilization rate is extremely low.
